Telehealth Services
Our platform facilitates online consultations with licensed medical providers. Telehealth is not appropriate for all medical conditions. Our providers reserve the right to determine whether telehealth is appropriate for your specific situation and may recommend in-person care if needed.
Medical Decisions
Our licensed providers make independent medical decisions based on the information you provide. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. All prescribing decisions are at the sole discretion of the reviewing provider.
Payments and Refunds
Consultation fees are charged at the time of submission. If a provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, you will not be charged for the medication. The consultation fee covers the cost of the medical review regardless of outcome. Subscription plans may be paused or cancelled at any time.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to obtain prescriptions for non-medical purposes, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rx Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
