Partner guide
Integrations and referral reporting
Understand what you can export today and what needs to be agreed for your storefront before connecting your marketing tools.
Can we get our order data out?
Authorized portal users can open Partner exports from Orders or Consultations, select one business, and download paginated CSV files for orders and consultations. Orders include reference, business, date, status, amount recorded, payment status and referral code. Consultations include reference, linked order reference when recorded, business, date and current status. The export excludes patient identities, medications and clinical answers, honors account and private-client restrictions, and stops rather than downloading a partial file on failure. These are current-state reports, not an event history or an automated GHL feed. The older Export referral report button remains available. That older report downloads the currently filtered orders from up to 500 recent orders available to that account. Fields are order reference, business, amount recorded, order status, date, referral code, and referral availability. Patient names and medication details are excluded. This is a manual CSV download, not a scheduled feed or a complete account export. Amount recorded is not a net settlement or commission statement.
How do referral links work?
Ask RxSpot to configure an active referral code for the intended storefront. Add ?ref=YOUR_CODE to that storefront URL, or &ref=YOUR_CODE if it already has a query string. On checkout paths with referral support enabled, the first code captured for that storefront is remembered for 30 days in the same browser and origin. The server checks whether the code is active and valid for that business before saving it. A saved code identifies a referral source, not necessarily an individual ad or customer.
What are the tracking limits?
Different devices, browsers, domains, cleared storage, and blocked storage can interrupt referral continuity. Existing unassigned referrals and older orders cannot be reconstructed from this report. Unavailable means referral data could not be read; Not recorded means the order has no saved referral. Other checkout paths and full UTM or advertising click-ID tracking are not covered by this release. Test your exact storefront and checkout before relying on attribution.
Can we connect GoHighLevel or receive webhooks?
A self-service outbound GoHighLevel, order, or consultation event feed is not available through this guide. Provider status connections do not automatically provide a partner event feed. Contact RxSpot to agree the destination, permitted data fields, authentication, retry handling, and test events before scheduling an integration. Do not assume that a provider webhook is an outbound marketing connection.
Can we install Google Tag Manager or a Meta pixel?
Do not assume unrestricted tracking on intake, checkout, account, or confirmation pages. Any proposed tracking setup needs review of the exact pages and data sent. Patient identity, health answers, prescriptions, and consultation outcomes must not be added to advertising tags as part of referral reporting. Server-side delivery also needs this review; it is not automatically privacy-safe.
Who charges the card and handles refunds or chargebacks?
Confirm the merchant of record, card statement descriptor, refund approval process, and chargeback responsibility in your storefront agreement before launch. A payment gateway name does not establish these responsibilities. Business users should contact RxSpot for refund review; submitting a request is not confirmation that a refund was approved or processed.
What data can we take if we leave?
The Partner exports CSV files provide portable operational order and consultation records. They do not include patient contact lists, consent evidence, clinical charts, signed agreements, storefront assets or full financial ledgers, and are not a full data-portability package. Agree the export scope, permitted recipients, file format, delivery timing, retention, and any exclusions with RxSpot in writing. Patient and clinical records require separate handling under the applicable agreements. This guide does not grant ownership of or unrestricted access to those records.
